Neues ECAS-Mitglied EEW Maschinenbau GmbH
In January 2009 the industrial enterprise EEW Maschinenbau GmbH joined the ECAS e. V. Company profile: Back in the 80th it was a demand by HDW in Kiel to build large moulds for covering the German submarines with a large cap made of GFRP. As heavy machines were to slow regarding the processing speed and too small regarding the dimensions required the only solution turned out to build a light and large machine which is stiff enough to keep the required accuracies. This idea became a product. Today we manufacture and deliver the flexible and highly precise high speed processing centre, the „HSM-Modal“. More than 50 machines are sold in the meantime to a lot of industries in various countries around the world. With our experience gathered over almost thirty years and by constantly devoting a significant amount of time to research and development, we are capable of offering our customers state of the art technology.
